San Diego is such a desired place to live and visit! So naturally, many of our engagement photo shoots capture not just our wedding couples, but also the the essence of this gorgeous city. Backdrops like the downtown skyline, the sunny beaches, and the sparkling bay add to the beauty and timelessness of the images.

For local doctors Shireen and Christian, we wanted an engagement shoot with a playful, romantic, and carefree feel. We headed to the Coronado Ferry Landing because the bayfront location offers a unique vantage point of the city skyline. With its boat docks, grassy parks, and colorful rocks, the Coronado Ferry Landing made for an ideal backdrop! Shireen and Christian also brought a refreshing California style to their shoot, with a red, white and blue nautical flair to boot. Their outfits worked perfectly with the waterfront setting.
