The Cross Train Method is a monthly program to change body composition, build lean muscle, and improve flexibility.
Through a combination of strength and conditioning, Pilates, and power yoga you will have the body you've always wanted! We offer large group classes, semi private and private training.
The Cross Train Method is the program that will change your body if you commit to working with us 6 days a week for one month.
Pilates Core 2x per week
S&C or Kettlebell Sport 3x per week
Power Yoga 1x per week
The Cross Train Method is accompanied by weekly fitness blogs, a diet program, group support and accountability.
