He maintains relevancy in the local San Diego music scene by writing a column for 4L Magazine, talent buying for San Diego Oysterfest and Pacific Beachfest while also keeping a steady rotation of Dj club performances of which he draws upon his musical talent of beat matching and his almost psychic capability of vibe massaging. From the first call to the last song of the night, he treats each client with special care to ensure a stress free, positive, and well-organized DJ and MC experience. Mikey Beats maintains a high quality performance by paying close attention to the sound capabilities of each venue and he can bring professional grade sound equipment when needed.
