In 2003, sculptor William Gustwiller began combining dark chocolate with exotic herbs and spices. Years of experimentation coupled with an artist’s intuition initially yielded over two dozen unique truffle infusions. Today he continues this exploration by choosing the finest couverture chocolate, all-natural ingredients, and organic spices & sea salts to create the unusual flavor profiles featured in his chocolate bars, caramels, rococos, and drinking chocolates.

To provide the highest quality chocolate made from all natural and, when possible, organic ingredients. Additives, preservatives, and colorings are never used in production.
To maintain “green” operations, using post-consumer paper products and corn-based disposable matierals, recycling our glass, cardboard, and other packaging and manufacturing waste, and reducing our impact on the environment.
