Mollee, Owner and Lead Event Coordinator at Peace of Mind Event Design and Wait Staff, was put on this earth to plan events. When she was little, while everyone else played "house," she preferred to plan make believe weddings. As she grew up, Mollee was always busy planning her next themed birthday party, looking for a chance to work a catered event or shadowing one of her wedding planner role models in hopes of someday starting a company of her own. Mollee continued in the food and beverage industry until she began working at a local rental company, where she was a Special Event Consultant for 4 years. Needless to say, events are her life!
As the wedding and event industry is constantly evolving, Mollee realizes the importance of continued education in her field. She regularly attends wedding workshops, vendor networking meetings and specialty conferences in order to expand her knowledge and keep up with the latest and greatest wedding trends. She has also been certifiably trained by the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants (ACPWC).
When Mollee is not planning, visualizing, recreating or dreaming up events, she is spending any free time she does have with the love of her life and their two rescue pups, Marlee and Rufus.
