No, I didn’t purchase my ordination off the internet. I graduated from Dallas Theological Seminary and was officially ordained by the large nondenominational Christian church where I was an intern. I was a church planter; I started churches from the ground-up for 15 years before I took a break in 2005. My three children, now grown, were tired of uprooting their social networks every couple of years as we moved around like a military family. I remembered how much I enjoyed conducting weddings and I never did as many as I would have liked with the demands of a congregation. So, I put the word out, and in a very short time, I became a highly recommended wedding officiant. I enjoy it a great deal!
My wife and I celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary this year. I’m a native Californian who grew up in Long Beach. No, I don’t surf anything other than the internet. People say that I’m very laid back, easygoing, easy-to-know, and funny. I have a deep voice and a commanding presence, which serves me well in performing weddings. I care about the couples I serve, and always feel vested in making their wedding day special and significant.
Most of all, I look forward to getting to know you and how I can serve you best. Please accept my best wishes to you for your wedding and marriage, whether you book me or not!
