Our facilities are extremely popular and may be booked up to two years in advance.
Price: $550 per hour (3-hour minimum) or $4,500 a day
Rental hours are between:
Monday – Thursday: 3 p.m. - 11 p.m.
Friday – Sunday: 12 noon - 11 p.m.
Events must end by 10 p.m. Cleanup must start no later than 10 p.m.
Maximum seating: 120 guests
This Includes Inside and outside areas.
Tables and chairs:
60" round tables (seat 8-10)
120 - folding chairs (white Resin)
6 - rectangular tables 30" x 72" for food/gifts/coffee, etc.
There is no charge for using these tables/chairs, but you must set them up and put them away (or arrange with your caterer).
You may also have your own furniture delivered, set up, and removed.
You may choose any caterer but all caterers must produce a valid certificate of insurance
Your caterer must have a valid City of Del Mar business license, call 858-755-9354 to verify
Your caterer must take all trash with them at end of event (or you will have to)
Alcohol may be served by a professional service with insurance including liquor liability
Insurance requirements are 1 mil per occurrence, 2 mil aggregate limit.
There are no Food Trucks permitted on our public facilities.
