Whenever we see an opportunity to capture a moment in a more interesting way, we jump at the chance! For example, reflections can be found in diverse environments, such as rain puddles in the street, mirrors at venues, and car windows. Capturing reflections perfectly involves finding unique perspectives, being positioned exactly right, and clients who are willing to hold still. The results are worth it :) Enjoy!

For Alexsis and Julian's engagement session, we mirrored their affection with a reflection in a tidal pool and went wide to include the beautiful cliffs and horizon line.

In this image we did a 180 on the direction of the photo. What is up is down, what is down is up.

The element of reflection isn't limited to couples and can also be used to create an aesthetically pleasing environment for important details.
