With the first “official” day of summer right around the corner, it seemed fitting for Genevieve and Jonathan to jump in the pool for their engagement session! Naturally, this underwater engagement shoot took place at the Estancia Hotel in La Jolla, which is where the couple will hold their wedding reception. This easy-going couple even dressed as bride and groom for the occasion!  

Afterwards, Genevieve and Jonathan shared how liberating and playful it was to be photographed together underwater. According to Jonathan, being in a pool fully clothed is a lot more difficult than it looks. We love that they literally took the plunge, and created an unforgettable moment together.
