This Photo of the Week is a throwback to the 1940s. While arranging their engagement shoot at Gillespie Air Field, Emily and Rafael received permission from the nice people at Air Group One to take photos with this vintage aircraft. They decided to play up the theme with retro clothing, hair and make-up. The resulting photo is something to flip your wig over :)

Ivette and Roger had their recent engagement shoot at Balboa Park, which is one of our favorite spots. We arranged to meet at the perfect time of day, in order to capture the soft light and nice colors of the sunset. This fun pair brought along a couple of select props, which added nice detail to the photos. Check out some of our favorite images below!

Like many couples, Monika and Brian decided to take a chance with online dating. The experience resulted in happy hearts, each with a newfound yin to their yang. We’re so excited to be part of this duo’s love story!
For this engagement session, we decided to put Monika and Brian’s obvious chemistry on display, and headed to picturesque Balboa Park. The versatile location allowed for playful candids in nature, as well as formal portraits among the beautiful architecture. We even got a little creative with the rainfall from earlier in the day.
