The Grand Del Mar can host a ceremony for nearly 300 guests in the gorgeous old world chapel, which features beamed ceilings and stained glass windows.
For couples who have always dreamed of an outdoor ceremony, the Aria Lawn is the perfect spot! The lawn, which overlooks the resort’s golf course, features a Moroccan pavilion and a staircase to make a grand entrance.
The pristine landscapes and grand architectural components of The Grand Del Mar make for timeless, stunning images. Some of our favorite spots include the authentic wine cellar, the gazebo, the Moroccan pavilion, the courtyard fountain, and the resort library.
For intimate wedding receptions, we typically photograph in the Grand’s signature restaurant, Addison. Addison is the only Five-Star/ Five Diamond restaurant in Southern California.
For larger receptions, the Elizabeth Ballroom is always breathtaking. The Ballroom features crystal chandeliers, ornate finishings and a large performance stage, and can be customized to each couple’s event.
For the ultimate wedding experience, the culinary team and award-winning wine director prepare the most delicious and fresh menus.
With 10,000 square feet and a full stage, the ballroom can easily accommodate even the most extravagant party, with hundreds of guests, themed dancers and live bands.
Evenings at The Grand Del Mar lead to unique photographic opportunities too. We have captured our couples at the Reflection Pool, watching fireworks on the Aria Lawn, having a celebratory cigar on the deck, and heading up the grand staircase to their wedding night suite.
